Review…
Last week's Newsletter featured a piece I wrote about a recent weekend sabbatical where "silence and nature" took centerstage... and I was left to contemplate a life that might feature considerably more of this kind of thing. Scope it out in Issue #13 here in the Newsletter Archives.
and Preview:
Next week, I’ll feature another excerpt from my next book,Will Drum For Food. This is a follow-up memoir to The Boy Is Gonna Rock that covers the hey-day of the Nelson era, followed by over a decade’s worth of touring as a drumming solo artist and educator. Also, look for Five MORE Steps to Increased Training Intensity, which is a follow-up to an article in Newsletter #12. These next five training techniques are super-intense, but also among my personal faves for staying in peak condition.
